Our mine-used plastic-coated steel pipes are steel-plastic composite pipes processed with professional anti-corrosion treatment. Both inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe are coated with epoxy resin paint featuring excellent anti-static and flame-retardant properties.

Performance Features

Flame Retardant & Anti-static

Adopting dedicated mine-grade epoxy resin, the anti-static and flame-retardant components are evenly distributed on the inner and outer layers of the pipe. The product complies with the requirements of standard MT/T 181, and is applicable to flammable and explosive areas in underground mines.

Superior Adhesion

After sandblasting, shot blasting, coating, fusion bonding and curing, the adhesion of inner and outer coatings reaches ≥30 N/cm². No damage occurs after drop hammer impact and tearing tests.

Corrosion Resistance, Anti-scaling & Low Flow Resistance

The pipe features outstanding acid and alkali resistance, suitable for underground coal mine water with high sulfur content as well as water containing calcium, magnesium and other ions. Its smooth surface creates low fluid resistance and effectively prevents scaling, avoiding secondary pollution.

High Pressure Resistance

The steel base pipe boasts high mechanical strength and strong resistance to impact, bending and other external forces. Welded steel pipes and seamless steel pipes of various specifications and wall thicknesses can be selected as base pipes to meet different service requirements.
