Our power pipes are divided into hot-dip plastic-coated cable protection conduits and electrical metallic conduits.
The hot-dip plastic-coated cable protection conduit adopts the fluidized dipping process. High-pressure low-density polyethylene powder is evenly and firmly coated on both inner and outer walls of the steel pipe. It combines the advantages of steel pipes and plastic pipes, with greatly enhanced mechanical strength and anti-corrosion performance, making it an ideal choice for cable protection.
Electrical metallic conduits are available in two anti-corrosion treatments: hot-dip galvanizing and plastic coating. Among them, hot-dip galvanized steel EMT conduits are the most widely used. Manufactured from low-carbon steel (typically Q195), the pipe surface is protected by a hot-dip or pre-galvanized zinc layer to effectively resist rust and mild corrosion.

Hot-dip Plastic-coated Cable Protection Conduit

It features strong coating adhesion, and the coating will not peel off under external pressure or impact. Boasting excellent corrosion resistance, it adapts to all soil types and areas with high sulfide content. The material remains non-brittle at low temperatures, contains no solvent at ambient temperature, and delivers superior impermeability with a water absorption rate of ≤0.003%.
With high mechanical strength, it offers outstanding resistance to bending, ground subsidence, compression, external impact and deformation. It is suitable for load-bearing cable passages such as road crossings and areas with heavy loads.
It also has excellent electrical and fireproof properties. With a low thermal resistance coefficient of 0.02, it provides efficient heat dissipation, close to that of cables directly buried in soil, and features reliable electrical insulation.

Hot-dip Galvanized Steel EMT Conduit

It has high strength and cost performance, balancing durability and cost efficiency. It is suitable for most dry indoor environments, and can also be used for outdoor scenarios with mild corrosion when proper sealing is applied.

Plastic-coated EMT Conduit

It integrates the mechanical strength of metal and the corrosion resistance of plastic. Meanwhile, it reduces friction between the pipe inner wall and cables, and protects the cable insulation layer.
